Shipping policy

All available products will be shipped within 5 working days after receiving the payment. When this is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified. We will provide you with either an alternative shipping date or a full refund.

Our shipping costs are higher than those of big enterprises. We are no Amazon and will never become one.  With your support we might however be able to lower our shipping costs in the future.

When the shipping costs cover this, we will provide you with a track & trace code. We however can’t guarantee that this will be provided.
